Membership Terms
Paid-in-Full Plan:
The full annual membership payment is collected upfront at enrollment (12 months × $199 = $2,388).

No Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.

Non-Transferable:
Treatments and benefits cannot be transferred or shared with another individual or within a location other than the one specified.

Use It or Save It:
Members are entitled to 12 Hydrafacials total. If you miss a month, no worries—unused treatments roll over within the 12-month period but must be used before the membership expires.

Strict 12-Month Term:
The membership runs for 12 consecutive months from date of purchase.
